Terms of Service & Advisory Mandate

Governing engagement between Easy Cred Capital Solutions and loan applicants. Effective September 2026.

1. Nature of Advisory & Non-Lending Status

Easy Cred Capital Solutions ("ECCS") is a specialized financial intermediary, credit advisor, and loan distributor. ECCS is not a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), housing finance company, or deposit-taking institution. We do not lend proprietary funds, issue statutory guarantees, or manage client escrow accounts.

All final lending decisions, interest rates, processing fees, loan tenures, and disbursals rest exclusively at the sole discretion of our partner banks and NBFCs, subject to their internal underwriting norms and credit appraisal policies.

2. Accuracy of Information & Fraud Prevention

The applicant warrants that all information, documents, salary slips, bank statements, ITR filings, and property deeds submitted via our intake channels are genuine, authentic, and accurately reflect their financial position. Submitting falsified documents or tampered banking records constitutes a criminal offense under Indian law and will result in immediate termination of advisory services and reporting to financial authorities.

3. Advisory Fees & Zero Upfront Charges

ECCS does not charge any upfront consultancy fees or advance cash deposits to individual applicants for standard retail loan distribution services. Any statutory processing fees, valuation charges, stamp duties, or documentation fees are levied directly by the lending bank/NBFC on the official Key Fact Statement (KFS).

4. Limitation of Liability

While ECCS applies best commercial efforts to negotiate favorable rate bands and prompt sanctions, we cannot guarantee loan sanction or specific turnaround times, as these parameters depend entirely on third-party institutional credit committees.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
