1. Fiduciary Commitment to Data Protection

Easy Cred Capital Solutions ("ECCS", "we", "us", "our") operates as an authorized credit advisory and loan distribution house registered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We collect personal, financial, and employment information solely for evaluating credit eligibility and structuring loan files with our empaneled institutional lending partners (banks, NBFCs, and private capital desks).

We do not sell, license, rent, or trade your personal or financial data to third-party marketing companies, unsolicited telemarketers, or unauthorized data aggregators.

2. Categories of Information Collected

In providing credit advisory services, we collect information across three discrete categories:

• Applicant Identification: Full legal name as per PAN, mobile number, email address, current residential address, city, and postal pincode.
• Financial & Professional Information: Employment type, employer/business entity name, gross/net income receipts, vintage, existing loan obligations, and monthly debt service outflows.
• Collateral & Property Documentation: Property location, type, title status, and estimated valuation for secured facilities (Home Loan, LAP).

3. Explicit Purpose & Authorized Disclosure

Your data is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis with:

• Our dedicated senior credit advisors and legal verification desks at our Sector 6 Noida office.
• Empaneled lending banks and NBFC credit committees expressly selected by you or recommended in your advisory dossier.
• Authorized statutory or regulatory authorities under enforceable legal process or RBI mandate.

4. Data Retention & Erasure Rights

Under DPDP Act 2023, data relating to closed or aborted loan inquiries is retained for a maximum of 24 months for audit trails and regulatory compliance, following which it is permanently purged. For sanctioned and disbursed facilities, records are preserved for 7 years as required by Indian financial recordkeeping norms.

You maintain the absolute right to request access, correction, or complete deletion of your records by writing to our designated grievance officer at grievance@easycredcapitalsolutions.com.

5. Encryption & Information Security

All digital submissions, documents, and API communications are secured via 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption. Database assets are housed in sovereign Indian cloud facilities adhering to ISO/IEC 27001 data center security norms.
